Interest​
I am Ellen, a swedish Kaospilot.
​
My skills, attitudes and interest are shaped by my previous work as a chef as well as my current education at the Kaospilot, school of enterprising leadership. I am enthusiastic about leading processes myself, as well as supporting others to lead their own.
​
I am interested in how to work with social, financial and environmental potential, all part of the whole.
I am curious how to navigate in the different systems to reconnect to the whole as well as multi vocational projects and design and execute concepts. Strong believer of appreciative inquiry and the power of questions as a foundation to any relationship, innovation or progression.
Trained in systemic thinking, business, process and project design. I am an independent worker but enjoy the dynamics of group work.
